Learning Day: sharing knowledge with the community

On Wednesday 30.April 2025 Instech joined forces with Kraftlauget to have a day of learning and social activities. At Instech we recognize that we continuously have to learn and get inspired. That is why Instech has its regular “Learning Friday” sessions, but at times it is fruitful to join forces within the IT community in Bergen. That is why we arranged “Fagdag” together with Kraftlauget. Speakers from both Kraftlauget and Instech had their presentations, workshops and “open spaces” discussions.

We gathered over 60 employees and consultants that we work with on a regular basis to learn and socialize. The topics ranged from event sourcing, a workshop about LangChain to build an intelligent document workflow, a deep dive into how Figma can be used between developers and UX-designers, lessons learned from product development and how games can explain and visualize development principles.
