More input from the community as Etuity Core prepare for data sharing optimising
Smarter endorsement handling: Workshop insights from the Etuity Core community
Today, handling endorsements on existing agreements is still a slow and manual process. Notifications often come in late, and exchanging documents between brokers and carriers relies heavily on emails and PDFs—leading to delays and frustration.
In a recent Etuity Core workshop, we brought together carriers, brokers, and agents to explore a better way forward and improve endorsement. Etuity Core, the upcoming replacement for INS+, is designed to streamline workflows and improve collaboration across the insurance ecosystem. By bringing in users and representatives from the community, we’re able to collaborate with the industry to keep optimizing Etuity Core to a next-level data-sharing solution! Here’s a quick recap from some lessons after the workshop:
What We Learned
Automation drives efficiency: By automatically transferring change notifications from brokers to carriers, we reduce delays and enable faster responses.
Collaboration matters: With all parties working in the same system, communication improves, wand errors are minimised.
Community is key: This workshop proved the value of co-creating solutions with input from everyone involved.
We're excited to keep building Etuity Core with—and for—the community. If you're part of the industry and want to help shape the future of insurance workflows, we’d love to have you join the next session, don’t hesitate to contact us!
