INS+ and Etuity Core in focus at this year’s user meeting

Last week, Instech hosted the annual INS+ User Meeting, with participants from eight of our customers with around 20 people in total.

For the first time, we held the event at our own office location, using Eviny’s meeting room Turbinen here at Skipet, which worked out great.

The first day was dedicated to INS+. We presented the newest features and gave an overview of what’s coming in the next release. We also had an external presentation from Customer Trends. Together with the support team, they shared findings from the Customer Support Survey we conducted this spring.

In the evening, we boarded the veteran ship Granvin and cruised the Bergen Fjord before enjoying dinner in the city.

The second day focused on Etuity Core. We showcased how we work and collaborate with the community and the progress made in its development. The business analysts ran a workshop where users created their own versions of a “starting page” for Etuity Core. This sparked great discussions and valuable feedback.

We had two days of engaging conversations and received excellent input from our customers on both INS+ and Etuity Core. Users are genuinely excited about what’s coming with Etuity Core.

All in all, the event was a great success—bringing value to both us and our users!
