Bringing nearshore consultants closer: making collaboration seamless at Instech

At Instech, we strongly believe that nearshore consultants are integral members of our teams. Over time, we’ve learned that the most effective way to foster collaboration, trust, and engagement is to make their presence felt beyond screens and virtual meetings. That’s why we place a strong focus on inviting our nearshore consultants to visit us here in Bergen. 

These visits are about much more than just work, they are opportunities to: 

• Build strong relationships: meeting face-to-face creates bonds that no video call can replicate. 

• Establish trust and belonging: being physically present strengthens connections with both their teams and Intech as an employer. 

• Enhance productivity: once team members are known personally, reaching out for clarifications or collaborating on tasks becomes faster, smoother, and more natural. 

These visits have now become one of the many important traditions at Instech. During these trips, we combine focused work sessions on both INS+ and Etuity Core with fun activities and social events, creating a balance that energizes the team and makes collaboration feel seamless and enjoyable. 

We were thrilled to welcome each of our nearshore consultants in November and enjoyed many days of productive work, meaningful connections, and memorable experiences together. These moments in Bergen showed once again how meeting in person strengthens collaboration on INS+ and our Etuity Core development, while also helping colleagues grow into a truly connected team.
