From UX to DevOps
See how we work

We make use of a range of concepts and processes in our work, from UX to DevOps. We’re flexible and, based on the project, we apply either a more traditional or more agile approach.

  • User Experience

We incorporate business, design and technical user-experience strategies to deliver beneficial solutions through design thinking, A/B testing, user interviews, workshops, prototyping and more.

  • Using expertise

We practise continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) for our Etuity products. This means we have automated work processes and frequently deliver new product features in small increments.

For INS+ we offer the software as a product for customers to install. However, we are working on a solution to offer INS+ as a Service (SAAS).

  • Multidisciplinary teams

From developers and testers to domain experts and users, we all work together from the start of a project to production and beyond.

  • International work environment

Our teams are made up of several nationalities and consist of both in-house employees and dedicated consultants from reputable companies such as Itera, Kraftlauget, Intility, Encripto and others.

Tools we use

  • C# and .Net Core

Backend developers program in C#, while .NET Core is the framework on which the language is built.

  • React

This JavaScript library is used for Etuity’s frontend development. It enables us to work with dynamic and reusable user interface components in an efficient way.

  • Delphi

Our INS+ team programs in Delphi, using Embarcadero’s RAD studio.

  • Atlassian

We utilize Jira to manage our projects with Kanban boards, as well as for handling support requests. We also use Confluence for documentation.

  • TestRail

Our quality assurance team uses the web-based tool TestRail for test-case management.

  • Microsoft

Microsoft products such as Azure, 365, Windows Virtual Desktop and Visual Studio Code help us perform tasks efficiently.

  • Auth0

We utilize Auth0, an authentication and authorization platform, for secure two-factor authentication log-in to Etuity websites.

  • iText

Instech has implemented a thin layer of code around iText which several Etuity products use to produce high quality pdf reports for both internal and external parties.

  • Azure Cognitive Search

Our Etuity products will feature quick search functions based on both content and meta-data with Azure Cognitive Search, which also supports facet filters.
