Vacant position – Customer Support

Our international team is growing quickly and we are expanding our customer service team. Our new Customer Support colleague will play an important role in branding our new Insify products and support clients in making the best use of them. As Instech uses Jira, Confluence and TestRail as tools for Customer service, quality assurance and documentation, familiarity with these is a distinct advantage.

While we consider IT insight to be a benefit, the most important quality we are seeking from applicants is the ability to provide excellent customer service, as well as the capacity to further develop our service concept. As we have both Norwegian and international customers, you should also possess excellent Norwegian and English language skills, both spoken and written. 

A typical workday in this role will include tasks such as producing user documentation on Confluence (using both text, pictures and video), supporting customers with problem solving and learning, production of e-learning materials, as well as being an integrated part of various product teams consisting of system developers, testers and end-user representatives.
