Insify Document, a Document Management System, is a smarter solution for storing and searching for correspondences and other files associated with insurance claims and covers. It consists of two parts: the Outlook add-in and the search portal. Users can archive one or multiple emails simultaneously with the add-in or drag and drop one or multiple emails directly into the search portal. The search portal gives an overview of all e-mails and documents archived on any given cover or claim and lets users read, view, download, and share these files. The powerful search engine, which utilizes Azure Cognitive Search, provides quick results based on content and meta-data. Both the add-in and search portal have near real-time integration with our core system INS2000+, and files are available across multiple devices outside of the virtual desktop environment, without the need to launch INS2000+.
