We will change infrastructure setup at ITS, including servers and databases etc. During this period, our own access, and our customers access to the support software TeamPortal will be down. All emails will still be received, and no emails will be lost. But our ability to access, and reply to cases and tasks in TeamPortal, and also our customers ability to check a support case or task’s status will be down during this period. We will monitor emails, and can respond in case of something serious or significant. But regular cases will have to wait untill all services are up an running again on the new infrastructure.
We will take down services and start the moving and setup process on Friday October 28th at 13:00 (CET – Central European Time).The services are expected to be down throughout the day of Monday October 31st. But we plan and expect all services to be up and running again in full by the start of business Tuesday November 1st at 08:00 CET. We will send out a confirmation newsletter once everything is up and running again.
